About the Job:-
As a Senior Executive in Quality Assurance at Jabsons Food, you’ll play a crucial role in making sure our food products are safe, top-notch, and meet all the necessary standards. Your focus will be on maintaining and improving quality assurance processes to ensure our products are of the highest quality.
Responsibilities:-
Quality Control and Compliance-
Check raw materials, production processes, and finished products to make sure they meet rules and standards.
Work with different teams to fix any quality issues.
Process Improvement-
Find ways to make our processes better and more efficient.
Lead projects to make sure our products get even better.
Documentation and Reporting-
Keep good records of all quality tests and inspections.
Make reports about what you find and suggest improvements.
Quality Management Systems:
Help create and follow quality systems to meet standards.
Update rules for how we do things to keep up with the best practices.
Training and Development:
Teach our production and quality teams about quality rules and how to follow them.
Keep learning about new rules and ideas in our industry.
Customer Complaints and Investigations:
Look into customer complaints about our products.
Find out why the problem happened and make sure it doesn’t happen again.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work with different teams like R&D, production, engineering, and marketing to make sure quality is part of everything we do.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field.
- Experience in quality assurance, especially in food manufacturing.
- Knowledge of food safety rules and quality standards.
- Good at solving problems and understanding data.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Pays close attention to details and is committed to high-quality work.
Preferences-
Local candidates preferred.
Immediate joiners or those with a short notice period.
Job Details-
Type-Permanent, Full-time
Pay– ₹400,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per year
