Job Details –

          Qualification– Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in food technology, Food processing, Food science.

Experience- 4-7 Years in Quality assurance in the food manufacturing industry

Location– Bharuch

Job overview-

           As senior executive in quality assurance you have important role in ensuring the safety, quality, and compliance of food products. You will lead developments, implementations, and quality assurance programs and process to guarantee that products meet the highest standards of quality

Key Responsibilities –

  1. Quality control and compliance-   Conduct audits with thorough inspections , ensure compliance with regulatory standards, Company policies , and industry best practices
  2. Process improvement- Identify opportunities for the process optimization, efficiency enhancement in production, packing and distribution. Implement quality standards throughout the production process
  3. Documentation and reporting- Maintain records of quality tests, and inspections, audits. summarizing QA findings , recommendation for management review
  4. Quality management systems- Assist in the development of QMS to ensure compliance with ISO and other quality standards, Monitor and update standard operating procedure for all sections
  5. Training and development- Provide training to production and quality control team for quality standard , Procedure and best practices
  6. Customer complaint and investigation- Lead investigation for the complaint and determine root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions
  7. Cross functional collaboration- work closely with R and D team , Production, and marketing team to ensure quality consideration are integrated into product design and development stages  

Must have Knowledge and skills –

  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations (FDA, USDA,etc) and quality management standards(ISO 9001,HACCP, Fostac,etc.)
  • Excellent analytical skills for data interpretation and problem solving
  • Proficiency in using quality control tools and techniques
  • Efficient communication and leadership abilities
