Role Overview-

As a Packaging Development Specialist, you will be an integral part of our cross-functional team, contributing to the completion of Packaging Design and Deployment for Innovation/Growth and productivity projects across various geographies. Your focus will be on ensuring the delivery of an exceptional consumer experience through effective coordination with RDQ, marketing, and manufacturing requirements.

Responsibilities-

  • Organize and execute projects in line with established guidelines, communicating project status and risks effectively.
  • Plan and conduct activities related to packaging information generation, sampling, supplier management, pilot plant trials, and factory trials.
  • Drive process development activities such as packaging design, specifications, scale-up, and commissioning.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and efficiently utilize resources to achieve project goals.
  • Create technical reports, analyze and interpret data, and provide clear conclusions and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain accurate packaging specifications, contributing to intellectual property for a competitive advantage.

Qualifications-

  • Experience in working collaboratively within teams and independently with guidance.
  • Strong prioritization and activity management skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving and solution implementation.
  • Solid technical understanding for data analysis and interpretation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including technical writing.
  • Consumer-centric approach to development activities.
  • Technical curiosity and a collaborative mindset.

Additional Requirements-

Stay updated on recent trends in Packaging, including innovations, productivity, and sustainability.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations on food safety, plastic waste management rules, and packaging material testing standards.

Graduate/ PG – IIP OR SIES

Relocation Support-
