Position Overview:
As a Lab Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our quality assurance process, ensuring that our protein bars meet our stringent standards for taste, texture, and nutritional content. You will work closely with our research and development team, conducting tests, analyzing data, and providing valuable insights to drive continuous improvement in our products.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting Quality Control Tests: Perform a variety of tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to assess quality and consistency.
Analyzing Data: Accurately record and analyze test results, identifying any deviations from specifications and working with cross-functional teams to address issues promptly.
Maintaining Laboratory Equipment: Ensure all laboratory equipment is properly calibrated and maintained for accurate testing.
Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve any quality-related issues, collaborating with production teams to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence.
Staying Current: Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to food safety and quality assurance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science related field.
Previous experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in the food industry.
