What is scrambled egg?
The scrambled egg is prepared by the eggs in this method the egg is broken and bitten then addition of salt, butter, oil, and other ingredients as per preference then this mixture is heated on pan to form fluffy curd is called scramble egg
Tips to make fluffiest scramble egg
1.Addition of heavy cream or milk in cracked egg during mixing– The fat present in the heavy creams coats with the egg protein and it restricts the loss of extra liquid during pan heating which directly contributes to fluffier egg.
2.Aggressively whisk the egg mixture– Aggressive whisking of egg mixture helps in proper aeration and uniform color of mixture , Whisking adds air in mixture later it helps in fluffiness when cooked
3.How you handle your pan heat– The pan must be nonstick then First you have to heat the pan over medium heat then add butter as it melts you have to reduce the pan heat to medium low then you are adding the mixture and cooked or curd it over medium flame
4.Don’t overcook – If you cook until they dry it will turn in rubbery so remember your eggs are done when they are no longer liquid and forms the curd
Process to make perfect fluffy Scrambled egg
- Crack the eggs in bowl then add salt ,Milk in that and as per share tips whisk it aggressively until it becomes slightly airy or foamy
- Before shifting this over pan , Melt the butter on pan and reduce the heat to medium low
- On this melted butter shift the egg mixture and put the flame over medium low and cook the egg slowly and gently. Slightly push the cooked egg from the bottom and allow the uncooked egg to take space in pan to cook
- As it cooks it turns into thick liquid curd called Scrambled egg
- Transfer it on plate and garnish with herbs
